How fast can I get on a call?
It depends on the advisor’s calendar, but searching and booking happen in the same sitting. You choose the timeframe that suits you: within three days, within a week, within three weeks, or no particular rush.
What if nobody fits what I need?
We are growing the advisor network by industry and country, starting where demand is strongest. If a search comes up short, that tells us who to bring on next. Tell us what you are looking for when you join the waitlist and it will shape our priorities.
Will you share my question or my idea?
No. You can describe what you need in your own words, and that sentence is only used to fill in your search. It is never stored, shown to anyone else or shared, and you never have to post your problem publicly.
Can I book more than one advisor for the same problem?
Yes. If you want a second opinion, book another person from your shortlist. Each call is booked on its own.
What happens if there is a no-show or a bad connection?
You are not charged if an advisor does not turn up or technical problems stop the call. The full policies will be published before we open.
Which industries and countries will you cover first?

How do I become an advisor?
Apply with your specific experience, including your profession and region, and go through a short vetting process before you appear in search. Tell us you are interested in the waitlist form and we will be in touch.
How much do advisors earn, and when do they get paid?
You will see a clear rate and the full fee breakdown before you accept any booking. Payouts are automatic and weekly, with no invoicing and no chasing.
Do advisors have to accept every booking request?
No. Every request is yours to accept or decline, based on your availability and whether the question suits your experience.
What if someone books me and then shows up late or not at all?
Our lateness and grace-period policies protect your time. If the other person is more than five minutes late you can cancel, and you can set how long a late booker is barred from booking you again.
